Biohazard soon became one of the most controversial artists ever with his deep, gothic rock and his lyrics about dystopian societies, governmental lies, environmental disasters and kinky sex, all in a more or less chaotic blend.

Critics scorned him, parents feared his influences on their kids, the self appointed 'moral guardians' loathed him and teachers and politicans hated him.

And the teens loved him. He soon became THE thing, and in less than a year Biohazard went from underground to a mass market phenomena and the press wrote terrabytes about his concerts which looked like nothing else. The man in the gas mask was writing rock history. Nothing was the same with him - save for the hoardes of screaming girls
