No, neither I think there'll be cyborgs like that. But it's an interesting experiment both in thoughts and in arts IMO. And she was fun to make.
But I guess that we might perhaps adapt some minor parts to make us tick better. But still keep that human look. After all some of us already have some cyborgian adaptions. Those with a pace maker for instance.
