He clicked his teeth together, annoyed. This was the last time he allowed her to pick the meeting place. He was sure the cocky human has chosen this abandoned obsdeck just to screw with his eyes. He stepped out onto the deck and clicked his teeth again, slipping an odd metal band out of his pocket. Carefully, he set the band over his sensitie eyes and smiled.

Maybe now the human would realize she wasn't the only breed born to adapt.
