Winter
Tonight winter arrived in Stockholm. I woke up to white covers on the ground and the roof tops and talks on the radio about the usual highway accidents and stop in the commuting traffic (luckily enough it was Saturday and not that many travelling and commuting as on a weekday.)  And since there was no reason for me to go outside I spent the day at home taking care of various this and that’s. And also pondering why it is that some people always seem to be taken by surprise when winter enters. They have no clothes or shoes and wrong tires on their cars.

And the people in the house behind our back yard still have their garden furnishing out, and those chairs and tables are now covered with nice little piles of snow, proving that whatever these people think, summer is definitely over and gone for this time.
